Shay Lam is a managing executive and Studio Creative Director who joined TPG Architecture in 2016. Over the past five years, he has dedicated his efforts to growing the firm’s hospitality practice, while building a strong roster of clients on an international scale.
He holds over 25 years of industry experience within the sectors of hotel, restaurant, retail, residential and creative workplace. His practice emphasizes a deep understanding of his client's brand and company culture, as well as authentic placemaking and enhancing the guest experience.
