Scanlines works at the intersection of art, architecture and technology. The Scanlines system processes any provided image through an algorithm, which then translates the intensity of that image's color shades—from black to white—into depth. These interpretations are used to cut Turf's acoustic PET felt, rendering the image into a multidimensional design with depth-defying sound absorption.
