Bone

The Bone Collection was inspired by the concept of exposure: revealing the structure, or "bones," of what lies beneath the surface. While the insides of furniture are often unappreciated and unknown, CBM imagined the internal framework as a hidden treasure. If one were to remove the outer upholstery, what beautiful bones would exist underneath? Because CMB comes from a woodworking perspective, it believes that the bones are the substance, the essence. Bone currently consists of a sofa, bench, love seat, lounge chairs, and dining table.
