SAN FRANCISCO—Fireclay Tile, a sustainable tile manufacturer located in the Bay Area, has officially opened the doors to a new showroom located in San Francisco’s style-centric design district.

The new showroom features all of Fireclay’s handmade, American-crafted artisanal tile designs, in addition to collaborative space shared with two other Bay Area manufacturers, Restoration Timber and Wooden Window.

The new Fireclay Tile showroom is staffed with experienced design professionals with over 50 years in the tile and surfacing industry. Wendy Ruffier is a showroom designer with 10 years previous experience at Waterworks. With 40 years of experience in the tile industry, Bill Palmer, Fireclay’s new head of sales, has worked for companies including Heath Ceramics, McIntyre and Elgin Butler.

Fireclay Tile is the only manufacturer in the Bay Area that incorporates locally sourced, recycled materials into its tile products. Materials include recycled waste glass, recycled granite dust and landfill-bound recycled porcelain from San Francisco and San Jose.
