Who are you?
I’m Flavors Noodle™ Chair, the newest education seating solution from Smith System. I help students concentrate throughout the day because my seat tilts along with their movements so they can get extra energy out of their systems.
Where are you from?
I’m originally from Plano, Texas, but I’m also a bit of a free spirit, camping out in schools throughout the country.
Who in your family do you most resemble?
The Flavors Seating line and I are fraternal twins. We look similar, but I have a patented suspension that gives me more flexibility and responds to student movement.
Aside from sugar and spice and
everything nice, what else are
you made of?
Only the finest ingredients to keep kids safe and comfortable. My shell is high-density polypropylene and I have legs of steel; my patented suspension features highly compressible rubber bushings to handle the toughest classroom treatment.
What one word best describes you?
Dynamic! I can sit still, but I’m at my best when allowing students to move.
What do you see when you look
in the mirror?
An hourglass figure that’s more than just a nice shape. I’m built so students can rotate 360 degrees, facing any direction without having to lift or turn me around.
In what type of interior environment do you make the greatest impact?
K-12 learning environments—especially classrooms, study lounges and media centers.

My creators at Smith System saw a need for movement to support student attention, and designed me as a solution that fits into traditional and contemporary learning environments. I just show up and have fun!
