Designed by Julia Gentil, TSAR Carpets’ Fluroessence collection combines natural and fluorescent colors to form a kaleidoscope of overlapping blends and geometric designs. The rugs are custom made with linen and rayon blends, bamboo cotton and New Zealand wool, and can be specified in any size.
