In this poignant, yet hopeful episode of I Hear Design, JSR Associates' Jane Rohde talks with Chief Content Director Robert Nieminen about how the senior living and eldercare markets have been hard hit by the COVID-19 pandemic as the death toll in the U.S. hits 50,000.
