TAMPA, Fla. — Beth Bernitt has rejoined HOK, a global architectural design firm, as chief marketing officer. In this role, Bernitt will provide global strategic leadership for HOK’s marketing, communications and business development efforts. Based in HOK’s Tampa office, she will work across HOK’s global network of 25 offices.
“Beth is a significant addition to HOK’s leadership team, and she brings the perfect blend of expertise and experience to lead our strategic global marketing efforts,” says Clark Davis, FAIA, vice chairman of HOK. “Our clients, projects and firm will benefit tremendously from her contribution.”
After joining HOK in 1993 as an interior designer, Bernitt subsequently was promoted to director of interiors and then managing principal of the firm’s Tampa office. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and a LEED® Accredited Professional.
From 2003 through March 2011, Bernitt was the corporate marketing director for the Beck Group, a leading U.S. construction, development and design services firm.
