GALLERY | Exploring the Latest Trends and Innovations at Ceramics of Italy Pavilion, Coverings 2025
As Coverings 2025 celebrated its 35th edition in Orlando, FL, Ceramics of Italy brought its renowned creativity, craftsmanship, and Italian design excellence back to the show floor. The Italian Pavilion—organized by Confindustria Ceramica (the Association of Italian Ceramics)—featured more than 80 of Italy’s top ceramic and porcelain tile manufacturers in the South Hall of the Orange County Convention Center.
The pavilion offered a dynamic showcase of high-performance products that combined sustainability, cutting-edge design, and advanced technology. Visitors explored a wide range of trends, including water-inspired hues, handmade aesthetics, fluted and ribbed textures, and modern takes on terrazzo.
Italian brands also introduced functional innovations such as antibacterial surfaces, built-in induction cooktops, and prefabricated ceramic furnishings for kitchens and bathrooms. Outdoor living remained a key focus, with exhibitors presenting porcelain pavers, pool coping, and pedestal systems for seamless indoor-outdoor transitions.
Many participating companies highlighted their growing commitment to sustainability through certifications like EPD, LEED, Greenguard, and B Corp status, reinforcing the industry's shift toward environmentally responsible design.
