Stantec Set To Grow with Page Acquisition
Global sustainable design and engineering leader Stantec has signed an agreement to acquire Washington, D.C.-based Page. This acquisition is expected to expand Stantec’s expertise in key growth areas including advanced manufacturing, data centers, and healthcare, while adding new capabilities in cleanroom design.
The addition will increase Stantec’s U.S. Buildings practice by approximately 35% and expand its U.S. workforce to about 13,500 employees. Page has offices in 20 cities across the U.S. and Mexico, bringing deep expertise in academic, aviation, civic, commercial, government, healthcare, and mission critical projects.
Notable Page projects include Austin’s Indeed Tower (shown), Terminal B Transformation at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, a major semiconductor manufacturing facility, the John A. Paulson Center at NYU, contributions to the National Museum of African American History and Culture, and the Helena Theurer Pavilion for Hackensack Meridian Health.
The transaction is expected to close upon regulatory approval, with terms undisclosed.
SCHRADERGROUP Joins Hord Caplan Macht
Award-winning design firm Hord Coplan Macht (HCM) has announced the integration of Pennsylvania-based SCHRADERGROUP (SG) into its practice. This strategic merger combines SG’s expertise in PreK–12 education, higher education, mission critical, and public safety facilities with HCM’s comprehensive design services.
The acquisition strengthens HCM’s market position by adding mission critical and public safety capabilities to its service portfolio while expanding its geographic footprint across Pennsylvania with new offices in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Lancaster, and State College.

Kimball International has launched a 13,000-square-foot Health & Education Experience Center at their Jasper, IN headquarters. The state-of-the-art facility showcases furniture solutions specifically designed for healthcare and education environments.
Originally designed by Gensler as headquarters for Kimball’s National brand, the space maintains its focus on high performance and flexibility while incorporating wellness elements including optimal daylight, air quality, acoustics, and ergonomics.
The center functions as an interactive showroom where designers, dealers, and end users can experience Kimball’s comprehensive product offerings in realistic settings. Healthcare environments include caregiver stations, patient rooms, and administrative spaces designed to optimize healing experiences and workflow efficiency. Education settings spotlight versatile, adaptable furniture solutions that support blended learning approaches and student well-being. The facility offers both in-person tours and virtual visit options.
Insidesource and Workpointe Merge Furniture Dealership Services
Insidesource and Workpointe have completed a merger effective March 31, 2025, creating one of the largest furniture dealerships in the Pacific Northwest and positioning the combined entity among the top ten largest in the U.S. Workpointe will operate as “Workpointe, An Insidesource Company” while being integrated into Insidesource’s global operations.
The strategic alliance enhances market leadership while expanding product offerings through premium manufacturer partnerships including Allsteel, HON, Gunlocke, and Kimball International. The merger leverages complementary strengths, with Workpointe's specialized expertise in healthcare, education, and institutional markets combining with Insidesource’s global resources and capabilities.
