The firm took an Elan for model interior merchandising of Plan 3 at Cordelane in San Diego by John Laing Homes and Plan 3 at Sanctuary for Shea. The firm also earned an Elan for the model sales center for Encantada at Ladera Ranch for Pardee Homes. This honor contributed to the top award for Encantada as Community of the Year for detached housing priced more than $850,000.
