The Contour Collection was initially inspired by a Dior Couture coat showing circles in an orderly grid-like formation. As the collection developed, the study of mixing organic and structured elements broadened to include interlocking geometries found in art pieces and sculpture.
In addition to being KnollTextiles’ largest collection of 2019, Contour also holds several exciting firsts for the company, including upholstery woven on a clear warp, embroidered wallcovering/wrapped panel fabric and a new category of sustainable wallcovering.
